Life is busy! Crazy Busy! From the moment we wake up we run at a frantic pace just to break even on our to-do list. We are strung out on four hours of sleep simply because there is not enough hours in a day to accomplish everything that seems to be required of us. Yet, there is something deep within us that tells us that life is not supposed to be this way. A busy life reflects a busy heart. A busy life keeps us from enjoying deep, satisfying relationships with Jesus and others. Join us on December 28th as we discover how to find rest in this crazy busy world.
Now as they went on their way, Jesus entered a village. And a woman named Martha welcomed him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord's feet and listened to his teaching. But Martha was distracted with much serving. And she went up to him and said, "Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her then to help me." But the Lord answered her, "Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, but one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her."
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
